A measurable trial with your documents.
To evaluate information extraction, we agree on examples, compare the output with the expected data and identify errors. You receive a summary of the limits, the human checks needed and what would justify continuing or stopping the trial.

Questions before we start
Do I already need to know which AI tool to use?
No. Start with a task and the outcome you want: finding information, preparing minutes or processing documents. We assess whether AI would help. Sometimes conventional software automation is enough.
Where will my data be processed?
IRDICT prefers local processing whenever it meets the need, for privacy, control and cost. Smaller models running on your computer or server can handle targeted tasks. You control the environment, access and data. Depending on volume and available hardware, this can also cost less than paying an external provider per use.
For complex tasks that warrant a more advanced model, we consider using anonymised data. Removing a name may still leave someone identifiable. We review what would be sent and the provider’s terms before using an external service. Do I need to wait for adminapp.ch to launch before working with you?
No. Our services are available independently of adminapp.ch. We can review your needs now and agree on a first step. We identify any prototype or component still in development before you use it.
In local mode, adminapp.ch already runs all its AI processing on the computer itself. The cloud version also runs its models on IRDICT-owned servers in Switzerland. The app is still in development. For your project, we define the features you need and verify their suitability before proposing to put them into service.
How do we decide whether to continue the trial?
We agree on examples and criteria for quality, time spent and human corrections. Comparing results with expectations helps us decide whether to continue, adapt or stop before expanding its use.
