PRIVACY
Your data.
How we use your data.
This notice covers the IRDICT website and enquiries sent to us. Updated 30 October 2026.
Who is responsible and how to contact us
IRDICT is the sole proprietorship of Iuri Dias, Rue de Roulema 6, 1632 Riaz, Switzerland. For questions or requests about your data, contact info@irdict.ch or +41 79 930 37 53.
Visiting the site and keeping it secure
Infomaniak hosts the website and its database in Switzerland. We process your IP address, connection details and browser requests to display pages and protect the service against abuse. We do not add advertising or audience analytics tools to the site.
Technical logs are used for troubleshooting and security. The current configuration does not routinely log each visit. Warnings and errors may contain technical information associated with a request. Application logs rotate by size, with no guaranteed fixed retention period in days. Information needed to investigate an incident may be kept while it is being handled.
Contact enquiries
The form collects your name, email address, company if you provide it, selected topic and message. We record your enquiry in our database with a reference, date and information needed to track delivery, then forward it by email through Infomaniak. We use these details to reply, clarify your needs and prepare a possible engagement.
You may also contact us directly by email or phone. Please do not send passwords, confidential documents or other sensitive data in an initial enquiry. We do not use contact details for a newsletter or sell them.
Google reCAPTCHA and international transfers
The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to limit spam and automated submissions. The Google script loads only if you tick the consent box and submit a valid form. You can untick it before sending. Browsing, filling in fields or copying your message does not trigger the check. Activating the check sends Google technical information about your browser, connection and interactions to assess the risk of abuse. reCAPTCHA uses the security cookie _GRECAPTCHA.
Processing may take place outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Google states that it applies the Swiss–US Data Privacy Framework to transfers covered by Google LLC’s certification and other mechanisms depending on the transfer. Google describes its processing in its privacy policy and its information on international transfers. Its terms of service also apply.
To contact us without activating reCAPTCHA on this site, use our email address or phone number. If verification prevents submission, you can use these channels to have Iuri Dias review your enquiry directly.
Data access and backups
Iuri Dias accesses enquiries to reply and operate the service. Infomaniak provides hosting, email and Swiss Backup in Switzerland. Its services may process the data needed to operate them. See Infomaniak’s privacy information. Google provides the anti-abuse check described above.
Encrypted backups may contain copies of enquiries. The remote retention policy keeps fourteen backups. Rotation depends on successful backups and does not guarantee the immediate erasure of every older item. Archives are used for recovery rather than contacting you again. Erasure requests are taken into account during restoration.
Retention and erasure
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for twelve months after the last exchange, then deleted during regular manual reviews of the database and mailbox. This retention period is not enforced by automatic deletion.
When an engagement starts, relevant correspondence is kept to perform and follow up on the contract. Records subject to legal retention obligations, including accounting records, and information needed for a dispute are kept for the applicable period. Other data is deleted when no longer needed. Backups and local archives are included in retention reviews.
Legal framework and your rights
We process your data in accordance with Swiss data protection law. Where the GDPR applies, processing enquiries related to a service is based on steps taken before entering into a contract or on performing the contract. Security and other correspondence are based on our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service. Statutory retention obligations continue to apply.
You may request access to your data, correction or erasure. Depending on the applicable rules, you may also request restriction of processing, object to processing or request your data in an appropriate format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. We may need to verify your identity in a proportionate manner.
Write to info@irdict.ch or to the postal address above. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or, where the GDPR applies, the supervisory authority where you live or work.
